Attendee data change
If you wish to request a change in the accreditation details, please send us the following information by email:
- Name and surname
- Pass locator (Made up of a letter and several numbers. You can find it next to the QR of your accreditation)
- New attendee's information
- Email for sending the pass
Change of day of attendance
To request a change in the day of attendance, please send us an email confirming the attendee's information (first and last name and pass locator) and indicate the day you wish to attend.

To request your invoice or some change related to the fiscal data, please send us an email including:
- Attendee's first and last name
- Locator, (Formed by a letter and several numbers. You can find it next to the QR of your accreditation.)
- Fiscal data
Discounts
Discount codes
If you have problems validating your discount code please check that it has not already been used.
Also check that, once you have entered the code on the initial screen, you have selected the type of ticket to which the discount applies.
If the problem persists, please send us an email providing us with the following information:
- Name and surname
- Email
- Discount code
- Type of ticket you wish to purchase
- Additional comments
Incidents
If you are unable to complete the registration process, please check that you have filled in all the required fields of the form (fields marked with an asterisk) and that you have checked the checkbox for acceptance of conditions.
If you wish to report an incident during the registration process, please send us an email including the following data and a screenshot and we will reply as soon as possible.
- Attendee's name and surname
- Additional comments
